Draft @ Publick House, Brookline, MA. Pours a nice golden yellow with an off-white head. Aroma is fruit, spice, malt, and a bit of yeast at the end. The flavor is a nice apple in the front, with other fruit characteristics, as well as the yeast, malt, and spices, trying to come through in the end. Not bad, but definitely left me wanting more.

Amber colour with a dense off white head. Sweet malty aroma with spicy and fruity notes and only hints of the yeast. Malty, light spicy flavor with fruity and hoppy notes. Light dry and sweet finish.

Draught at Københavnske Øldage. Clear, golden beer with a nice, dense beige head. Yeast, fruit, hops and spice in the aroma. Not bad, but there’s something lacking, it’s too ordinary. The flavor is quite flat, mostly banana and citrus, and could use a lot more complexity. Medium body. Dry finish. I had some expectations for this one, but I was certainly proven wrong. Quite boring, the brewmasters should do better than this. (070512)

Draught at KØ07. Phenolic and fruity aroma and flavour. Clear, shiny copper colour. Almost no head. Mild pepperiness to the flavour. The aftertaste fades out rather quickly. But all in all nice and well-balanced.

Draught. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Sweet malty spicy and slightly yeasty aroma. Sweet malty creamy mouthfeel and spicy yeasty thyme flavor. Has a long malty finish.
