Deep golden body with a big lasting white head; Very Belgium tripel lemon like with an not to pleasant earthy lead like touch; Huge soft carbonation in very 1-dimensional body, slightly bitter; Medium long a bit thin finish, bitter not all that interesting.

(On tap) Beautiful, warm, dark amber golden with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with some yeast. Medium body, roasted malt, caramel, fruit and some yestiness - a classical Belgian composition. Very fruity finish. 110507

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours amber with some white head. Aroma is slight metallic and hoppy, some malt but not dominating. Flavour is malty, sweet with some slight notes of dried fruit and spices (thyme?). Finish is soft malty.
