Feb 24, 2007 Draught: Aroma of yeast, Belgian malts, coriander, and spice. Poured a cloudy golden-amber with a small, creamy, white head. Hazy. Lightly sparkling. Good lacing. Lightly sweet flavor of spices and yeast. Flavor was rather bland. Dry finish. Average carbonation. Light to medium body. Overall, nothing special.

Feb 22, 2007 Tap at Capone’s. Hazy yellow color with fluffy head. The aroma was unremarkable with funk,yeast,and some spice showing. The taste was disapointing because it was the same as the aroma. This beer had a weird dry bitter finish. I almost didn’t finish the pint.

Feb 22, 2007 Draft at Capone’s. Hazy dark straw colored pour with fluffy white head and a lot of lacing. Smells of earthy malt, funky dusty yeast, some floral and spicy notes. Tastes caramel malty coupled with some funky yeast, floral notes, and dank earthen cellar notes.
