Draft. An orange beer with a thin white head. The arom ais sweet with strong notes of spices and yeast. And the flavor is also sweet with strong notes of spices - especially thyme, but the yeast is also very evident, leading to a dry spicy finish. Very Belgian.

(On tap) Beautiful, warm, dark amber golden with an off-white head. Fruity aroma with some yeast. Medium body, roasted malt, caramel, fruit and some yestiness - a classical Belgian composition. Very fruity finish. 110507

CBF07 sample from tap. Pours amber with some white head. Aroma is slight metallic and hoppy, some malt but not dominating. Flavour is malty, sweet with some slight notes of dried fruit and spices (thyme?). Finish is soft malty.

Draught at KØ07. Phenolic and fruity aroma and flavour. Clear, shiny copper colour. Almost no head. Mild pepperiness to the flavour. The aftertaste fades out rather quickly. But all in all nice and well-balanced.
