Dec 11, 2006 hazy yellow, viscous appearance with thick frothy head and nice lacing. Standard belgian aroma. Touch of hay, light citrus, yeasty. Creamy mouthfeel and body. Fruity notes of sweet banana, yeasty. Grassy notes, with a sweeter, alcohol predominated finish. Nothing standout.

Nov 10, 2006 GABF-on tap-pours a white head with light yellow color. Aroma is spices, citrus, wheat. Taste is spices-cinnamon/clove, citrus, musty wheat.

Nov 6, 2006 On tap at MacGregor’s in Henrietta. Yellow color with a nice head courtesy of the tap. Smells fruity and herby. Sweet, yeasty, dry finish. Not too impressed, but this was definitely not bad.

Oct 26, 2006 GABF 2006: Hazy light yellow color with a medium sized white head. Yeasty aroma with phenolic notes of clove. The aroma was fairly sweet. The flavor started sweet and malty with a yeasty and clovey finish.

Sep 29, 2006 GABF 06. The aroma is tart citrus, lemon, and a bit sweet. The taste is light estery banana, pear, some sweet malt/candi sugar and earthy yeast. slighty dry tangy finish. very nice.

Jul 29, 2006 Cloudy golden in color with a large white head. Aroma of coriander,orange,citrus,banana and yeast. Flavor is consitant with aroma, alcohol is very warming. A double wit with a boost or perhaps a very spicy triple, either way very interesting.
