Sampled at the Atlantic City, NJ beer festival. Light chestnut pour under a small dusky white head. Yeasty aroma with roasted malt, molasses and overripe fruits. Solidly malty flavor with a nice mix of fruity sweetness and yeasty, bready notes along with some toffee and pepper. Silky mouthfeel and a warming finish. I would buy this every now and then if it were available in bottles.

Interesting - seemed like a belgian tripel. Pale yellow, citrus and wheat notes. Palate whallops you with a boozy taste like they really did fortify the beer with it. Since this was my last beer of the night I may be underrating it.

1 pint draught, The Gingerman, NYC. Slightly hazy and golden in colour. Rich malty and wheaty. Medium-bodied. On the sweet side, but not too much either as it is easily drinkable in sizeable amounts. Dry aftertaste.

On tap at The Office. Served in a frosted pint glass (too large and cold for the style). Hazy dark yellow color with a soft, white head, aroma was very inviting, spiced. Excellent deep malt presence, but balanced by the yeast (spice) and hop character. Finish is dry and lightly hoppy.

On draught at Gingerman in Greenwich. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Smells lemony with nice underlying tea like hoppy elements. Tastes hoppy with grass, lemons, and a defined sweet malt character. Finish is light and tingly.

Draught. Light hazy yellow colour with a white head. Fruity, light spicy aroma and a sweet fruity, honey, ashtray, hoppy taste. Medium body with a light sweet, bitter dry finish.

Hazy yellow color. Small white head leaves quickly. Smell of citrus fruits. Lemon taste with strong, crisp, dry finish. Alcohol well hidden. Draft.
