Orangish Yellow in color. Smells of fruit with a hint of alcohol... overall sweet smell. The first sip was full of fruit definate citrus, banana taste. It finished with the taste of a mild cheese on the back of the tongue. Tasted like Guta or babybal. Very nice mouthfeel.

Draught at the Drafting Room and weeare138’s house. Hazy, dull-orange body with a velvety white head. Aroma of bitter orange, clove, and banana. Flavor leads with big fruity esters and finishes fairly dry with a slightly astringent bitterness. A decent Belgian Strong with an American signature.

On tap at Cole’s, Buffalo. Light yellow, small white head. Decent orange peel aroma, yeast. Decent sweet taste, lots of booze, and very yeasty. Kind of bland to be honest. Drinkable, but not something I would reach for again.

On tap @ Kilmeyers in Staten Island, NY. Poured into a .5 Liter Pilsner glass. Color is golden yellow and cloudy. Cannot see through the beer. The aroma is Belgian-like, best way I could describe it. Maybe the pilsner glas interfers with a proper evaluation. Poured with a half inch head. Best way for me to describe the taste us that it is a cheap version of a Duvel. Goes down smooth, a Duvel-like aftertaste but in a minimal manner.

Clear orange color with a creamy white head that lasts a while. Sweet light caramel aroma with hints of spice. Sweet light fizzy flavor with spice in the end.

Tap at Ginger Man, NY. Hazy golden beer, thin white head. Aroma of bread, coriander, pepper and a bit of plum/apple and peach. Flavour is malty and slightly sweet with light malic tartness, apple skins, and a distinct cologne/perfumy flavour that I really enjoy. Yeasty, but light-bodied. Spicy and fruity. Well-balanced sweet and spicy flavour but a dry finish. A bit of light banana/clove. Nice brew.

On tap at Coles, Buffalo, NY. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a spare diminishing white head and decent lacing. Sweet aroma is fruity, like orange peel along with spices and a mild sourness. Flavour’s also sweet and fruity with some spices and a bitter boozy finish. Light bodied. This is a decent attempt at the style but I found the aftertaste somewhat unpleasant.

tap @ Cole’s. Clear gold, champagne head. Nose is quite clovey, yeast, lemon, orange, corriander. Slightly earthy. Flavor is yeast, grapes, slightly hay-like. Nice fruitiness and a great bittersweet fruit finish.
