May 25, 2006 Draught. Light hazy yellow colour with a white head. Fruity, light spicy aroma and a sweet fruity, honey, ashtray, hoppy taste. Medium body with a light sweet, bitter dry finish.

Mar 24, 2006 Sampled courtesy of weeare138 (Mike has it on tap at his house!). Poured a medium and hazy golden color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of bananas, fruity, cloves, light wheat and some lemons. Tastes of lighter bananas, stronger lemons, and some wheat. Light alcohol finish. Light lacing left on the glass.

Mar 16, 2006 Draft... Hazy, straw-colored ale. The spicy nose is of orange peel, coriander and white bread. Well-balanced flavor with an odd taste of asparagus. Decent bitterness and lightly tart. Full-bodied and astringent with lively carbonation. Finishes spicy and dry.

Jun 3, 2006 On draught at Gingerman in Greenwich. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Smells lemony with nice underlying tea like hoppy elements. Tastes hoppy with grass, lemons, and a defined sweet malt character. Finish is light and tingly.

Apr 10, 2006 Tap at Ginger Man, NY. Hazy golden beer, thin white head. Aroma of bread, coriander, pepper and a bit of plum/apple and peach. Flavour is malty and slightly sweet with light malic tartness, apple skins, and a distinct cologne/perfumy flavour that I really enjoy. Yeasty, but light-bodied. Spicy and fruity. Well-balanced sweet and spicy flavour but a dry finish. A bit of light banana/clove. Nice brew.

Mar 18, 2006 Hazy blonde with a thin white head. Light coriander notes marries well with sweet honey malt. Decent blonde belgian with light corinader, curacao, but still nothing exceptional. Decent. At EBF 2006.
