Nov 1, 2008 GABF 2008. Cloudy pale yellow, thick dense creamy head. Banana and spice aroma, a little spritzy. Sweet wheaty palate, soft ripe banana, clovy spice, with a warming boozy quality to the finish.

Oct 30, 2008 Sampled on draft at Zeno’s in State College PA this beer poured a dark golden color with a small yellow-white head that faded quickly. The aroma was tangy, lightly sweet and lightly yeasty. The flavor was rather faint but had elements of tangy malts, yeastiness and a touch of light fruits and cane sugar. The finish was short and sweetish. Overall bland and uninspired.

Oct 27, 2008 Snifter @ Tyler’s Apex Good aroma, Sweet. Fruity, yeasty, candied sugar, plum, grape. Hazed orangy golden color, good head & lacing. Crisp bitter flavor, fruity, plum fig date, vanilla, coriander. Medium body, smooth creamy mouthfeel, bitter sweet finish. Tasty, Iooked great in the snifter. Good to sip.

Appearance: Amber , cloudy orange ale with light creamy top.
Nose: Light , sweet caramel nose. Faint hint of hops, mineral feel with faint yard like touches. Spiced finish.
Flavor/Palate : Medium bodied. Malty walls with citric , slightly sour intum. Plums, yams, fruity feel. Different, interesting to some concept. To me was lacking direction as to what wanted to accomplish.

Oct 8, 2008 On tap @ Coles Buffalo, NY. Pours a witish/ hefe cloudy yellow. Spicy aroma of fruit (Bananas, citrusy fruits) cloves, Belgian yeatiness. Taste is hefe like with Belgian yeastiness. Like alcohol presence in the end. Tastes somewhat similar to Saxo. Pretty good
