I just thought this could be good, but all I could smell were cheetos and all I could taste was sour cream and onion Ruffles. Not good. It looks okay, though, pouring a nice gold color with almost no head. But I just couldnt get past the cheese. Bad. terrybail (339), London, Ontario, Canada

The aroma is malty and sweet
Pours a nice orangy cooper with a big white long lasting head and lots of lacing
The taste is more like an IPA than a lager very clean crisp and refreshing
One of the best lagers I have had will be getting more

Citrus hop aroma with biscuit malts. Very floral taste with spicy characteristics and a bitter finish. Perhaps a bit too lively carbonation. In looks and character this is a close cousin to a flavoursome English bitter. Reading other reviews it would seem this is a different colour the world over. Odd, eh? luttonm (307), Belgrade, Serbia

| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Dec 17, 2008 Clear medium yellow body that is slightly fizzy. Light, pleasurable taste with a slight hop finish. Very drinkable, but not very intense. This is a great drinking beer, but has very little to offer in terms of breadth of palate or intensity of flavor. kamish (92), Lake Stevens, Washington, USA

Has a sweet aroma, fruit. Some hops in the nose. Grapefruity taste, sweet strawberry aftertaste. Malty. Watery palate. Has a soft mouthfeel. Hoppy taste. But too malty for my taste. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 3, 2008 Sampled at Big Pour Mesa, AZ. 14 karat color with a touch of orange at its core. Very tiny eggshell head that left minimal lacing. Fairly sweet aroma although there is definitely a hop presence...can smell freshly cut fairways. Flavor is also hop forward for the style. Refreshing and enjoyable.
