Copper with a foamy white head that sticks around and coats the glass. Creamy, hoppy dry, clean taste. Easy drinking, all "lagers" should taste this could. Dry bitter after-taste. renffisch (520), london, Greater London, England

Copper! very dark for a lager - we shall continue... but found not much, except malt and a very bitter hoppy finish, but hey, the last time i looked it said ’lager’ on the bottle. Where did the 3.43 average come from? TeamTrappist (412), jericho, New York, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 5/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Mar 21, 2008 On tap. Pours a med-dark amber, small head. This is a full bodied solid lager. Nice fruity nose with a strong malt finish. A great session beer, and very drinkable. I could be wrong, but I am under the impression that the tap beer is brewed in brooklyn, and the bottle version is brewed in upstate New York. This is an old standby particularly when I am in places lacking micros and good imports, and I am never disappointed. Blom (514), Odense, Denmark
