A very crisp malt aroma with light sweetness. The flavor is very heavy with malt and quite a bit of hoppiness on the back end. scottw86 (182), Maryland, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 14/20 | Feb 4, 2008 I really enjoyed this vienna style beer. The aroma was malty and sweet but the taste was of high hops and bitterness. The cold aging of the beer rounded out the bitterness giving it a good hoppy finish. All of the Brooklyn beers have been tasty so far, i look forward to exploring more of their flavors. Slipstream (760), USA

A light, yeasty lager - nutty and dry. Some citrus flavor, a little tart and hoppy, not much malt presence. Unusually dry and sour for a lager - an interesting brew. The flavor seems to have changed over the years. fredandboboflo (1404), East Setauket, New York, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Feb 3, 2008 Bottle. Aroma of light fruitiness and wheat cracker. Flavor much the same. Hops always hovering. A really nice beer to chill with, not sure what else to say, but probably the most enjoyable light lager I’ve had to date. mrw1zard (54), Birmingham, Alabama, USA
