Oct 9, 2007 Smells a great mix of fresh cascade (?) hops, bittering hops and caramel malt. An amber, almost orange brew with a very small head. Nicely sweet, well balanced, slightly creamy with a great fresh hop flavor. Finishes slightly bitter. Could drink these all day - i really like this beer.

Oct 7, 2007 This is a very good Vienna. Aroma was caramel with some hops in there as well. Pour was a nice dark gold with a one finger off white head. Taste was classic Vienna. Caramel and malt mostly and the hops round out the beer in the end. Sticky and wet mouth feel. Nice.

Oct 6, 2007 this beer has some qulaity to it and is widely availible. i’ve had it bottled on two sides of the atlantic. i’ll go for it over large producers. nothing special.

Oct 6, 2007 Crystal clear medium amber body with lively carbonation. Large, spongy, off-white head that settles to a 1mm blanket of foam. Nice thick ribbons of lacing circle the glass. The aroma is subtle but well constructed. Toasty bread notes and surprisingly lively herbal hops play well over a caramel malt base. Floral scents make their way into the mix, adding subtle complexity. The flavor is very similar, with toasty grains, caramel malts, floral and herbal hops blending well in a very fresh tasting, refreshing rendition of the style. There’s a bit of cream mixed in as well, adding smoothness. Medium bodied, with a lively mouthfeel. The finish is mildly spicy. Not a knock your socks off style, but this is well crafted.
