Pours nice copper color, with small beige head. Aroma is malty. Flavor has nice balance of the malts and a very nice dry bitter finish of grass and floral hops. Palate is somewhat sticky and leaves a nice lacing behind.

Oct 3, 2008 Very light aroma with hops and malt. The taste is OK with a touch of caramel and some strange metallic extraneous flavour.

Sep 30, 2008 Pours a clearish golden amber color with a short lived whitish head. Smell is fruity, mildly hoppy and some subtle yeast. Taste is crisp and lightly hoppy up front with some yeasty flavor and malt behind that. Some light lingering hop fruitiness and bitterness making it very crisp and drinkable. More like a pale ale than the lagers I’m used to drinking and this was surprisingly good. Nice session beer with flavor.

Sep 29, 2008 Pours a completely transparent amber brown, beautiful carbonation, and a thick frothy head. Very yeasty aroma, maybe some toasted wheat, chestnuts, and caramel. Full body and well balanced flavor. Starts with a nice malty-ness, follows is some caramel, a tiny bit of hops and a crisp clean finish. This beer has great body, great flavor (though not very complex), great balance, and I enjoy it very much. Fantastic.

Sep 27, 2008 Pours deep amber into a shaker. Bright white micro head with excellent retention leaves spot lacing as it slowly recedes. Fruity orange aromas. Soft with upfront caramel and a lasting citrus finish.
