It had a semi-cloudy gold color with a big foamy white had that had good retention and cling. The aroma was mostly floral and citrus hops, with a strong candy presence. The beer was quite sweet with some underlying bitterness too. It had a good amount of carbonation, was fairly filling the mouth and was fairly dry. Capa (977), Yokosuka, Japan
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Dec 2, 2009 Golden with a tight white head. Floral and fruity aroma with some light spicing as well. Highly inviting. Bubbly mouth. Flavor is lightly spiced, some fruits and floral notes but the 9% alcohol really shows through and kinda kills some of the flavor profile. The finish is full of alcohol fumes. A nice brew, but the alcohol needs to be reigned in a bit. benpickens (135), Bloomington, Indiana, USA

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 9/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 16/20 | Nov 15, 2009 Blurry dark orange beer with a tight and longlasting, large-bubbled head, that leaves a lot of beautiful lace behind. The aroma is fruity with lots of herbs; peach, nectar, apricot, syrup, coriander, clove and honey. The taste has quite a lot of malts, light hops, fruits and yeast. The mouthfeel is a tad too carbonated, but that eases a little when the beer warms up.
