Very spicy nose - cinnamon, nutmeg, fig, chocolate, sultanas...lots going on here. Spicy, fully malty palate. Fairly sweet. Lots of figs, but this yeast has a really nice spiciness. A refined dubbel, with admirable dryness and a complex character.
