Commercial Description:
Brooklyn Oktoberfest was introduced in 2000. It is true to the original German style, full-bodied and malty, with a bready aroma and light, brisk hop bitterness.

Pours an amber color with a small white head. Aroma is malty, slightly toasted, slightly bready. Flavour is sweet, malty and slightly fruity. Palate is bit thin, slightly watery, medium carbonated. Drinkable, but not as good as I hoped for. Far from Left Hand Oktoberfest.

12oz bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a big off white that lightly laced the entire glass. Classic malty Marzen nose and a dry lightly sweet malt flavor with a pleasent bitterfinish. Med bodt, lively carb, wet texture, dry feel. Truely a classic Marzen style beer.

A deep amber color that was topped by a pleasant head. sweet grain smell, almost a yellow corn smell id say. the sweetness hit with the first sip but that subsided into a burnt grain, earthy taste. Finnished with some dry bitterness from the hops. One of the better american attempts for an octoberfest suitable for any prince’s wedding.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with a beige head. Sweet malt aroma, almost fruity, with caramel. The flavor has toasty and caramel malt, also a bit earthy. Not bad.
