Commercial Description:
Brooklyn Oktoberfest was introduced in 2000. It is true to the original German style, full-bodied and malty, with a bready aroma and light, brisk hop bitterness.

A damn good beer that I enjoy right in the brewery. Well balanced with a delicious, deep flavor that doesn’t fill you up. Finishes clean and dry. YUM!

12oz - Aroma of toasted malts with a nice subtle hop bite. More than your typical oktoberfest. Pours transparent copper with a small head and great lacing. Flavor is full on toasted malts. Palate is sticky. Not a bad OF.

Dark orange/copper pour with a thin white head. Sweet malty aroma, which reminds me of a creamy pudding. Very smooth on the tongue. Sweet creamy flavor fades into a crisp finish. Another good offering from Brookyn.

This has a handsome looking pour from the bottle, a bright orange body with a dense, creamy off-white head that does some even lacing. The aroma is at first wort-like, quite sweet, but soon some scents of toast and a light floral hopping enter the fray. It’s sweet and tastes of fresh bread and toast, a hint of caramel, and a light bitterness. It’s better entries (like this) in the style that keep me from getting "fested out" this time of year.

Bottle. Pours amber in color. Aroma of malt and spice. Off white head. Flavor of malt up front. Finishes with a nice hop balance. Good laceing. A good brew but not the best O’fest around but enjoyable.

From draft : Pours a drak beautiful amber color with a finger white head. Medium palate with a roasted taste and nice finish, a little sticky though.

Coppery. A little spicy and sweet. Almost has some belgian tones. Medium bodied. What I would expect for an Oktoberfest beer.

Tap. Pours a reddish-amber with a medium white head. The aroma is largely malt with slight caramel and hop characteristics as well. Taste is the same, though nothing extraordinary. A solid offering.
