Commercial Description:
Brooklyn Oktoberfest was introduced in 2000. It is true to the original German style, full-bodied and malty, with a bready aroma and light, brisk hop bitterness.

Pours a copperish amber with an off-white head. Good deal of malt in the flavor, with just a touch of hops. Overall, a great märzen.

12 oz bottle. Pours bright amber orangewith beige head. The aroma is very malty, dominated by caramel and flour; there’s even a hint of rye in there. The flavor is also quite malty, but not so much as the nose. Burnt sugar and leaves are the dominant notes. Some fruity notes come out in the middle, then comes a very, very toasty finish. Clean aftertaste.

Fro9m a twelve ounce bottle purchased at "Keller’s IGA" in Cincinnati, Ohio - This one pours a distinctly dark amber brew with a malty-doughy aroma and a tall white head of foam. Tastewise, the hops and the carmelized malts blend scrumpciously, and this is a good beer!

Bottle.. Coppery orange in color. Nice head. Clean aroma, maybe a little maltiness. Not too heavy in body, although not light either. Flavor is almost fruity/caramel. A little crisper and fruitier than most Oktoberfests I have had. Finishes clean and crisp.

Clear copper orange color. Very faint to no smell. Medium body, a hint of caramel and alcohol with a very dry, almost crisp, bitter finish.

Extremely faint aroma of grain. Orange color, clear, thick off white head. Fairly watery and tastes of grains and yeast. Tin finish. I love the bottle label, but the contents are mediocre.

Pours copper with a small head. Sweet malt dominates the nose. Mouth feel is lively. Flavor is malty, smooth and easy to drink. This is a pretty typical Oktoberfest. Nothing really special, but worth having a few when your out with friends.
