| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 7, 2007 Pours a medium copper with a head that lasts throughout. This is better than I remember. It has a good German malt profile, but I think it could be a might bit bigger. Very low hops with a mild bitterness at the end. If they would pump this one up a little more it could compete with the big boys, but it’s a little too mild for me. Palidor19 (1780), Brandon, Florida, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Sep 5, 2007 The aroma is true to the style with biscuit and caramel malts dominating the hops. The appearance is copper with a nice head. The flavor is not complex but good and just like the aroma. The palate is typical for the style. Overall this is pretty good. gunhaver (1025), Tampa, Florida, USA
