Commercial Description:
Brooklyn Oktoberfest was introduced in 2000. It is true to the original German style, full-bodied and malty, with a bready aroma and light, brisk hop bitterness.

Bottle. Brownish red beer with a lightish head. The aroma is plainly and well hopped, the flavour is quite roasted and has a whisky and slightly smokey finish. Overall a reasonable beer.

Bottle. Brown body with a small off white head. Lightly toasty moderately sweet malt aroma is a touch muted. Flavour has sweet malt component, very light notes of caramel, dry toasty character keeps it from becoming too sweet. Toasty malt lingers long into the finish. Average palate. Solid version of the style, a pleasant quaffable brew.

Bottle. Light orangy colour with an average head. Aroma of malts and hops. Flavour is smooth with toasty malts and some fruitiness with a little lemony touch. Pretty good!

What a dissapointement. My favourite style brewed by an excellent brewery.Golden brown and very bland.Thin body and nothing to compare it with the German beers of this type.I feel let down.

My type of session lager. Aroma is biscuity, lightly roasted grassy at times. Taste similar quite heavily bitter, almost reminds me of an alt from dusseldorf.

has a distinct bready aroma to it, the flavour is not all that special, a bit biscuity, malty, with a bit of a hop aftertaste.

Pours amber with a nice head. Has a nice malt presence but is overpowered with too much hops. An alright beer.
