Commercial Description:
Brooklyn Oktoberfest was introduced in 2000. It is true to the original German style, full-bodied and malty, with a bready aroma and light, brisk hop bitterness.

Fro9m a twelve ounce bottle purchased at "Keller’s IGA" in Cincinnati, Ohio - This one pours a distinctly dark amber brew with a malty-doughy aroma and a tall white head of foam. Tastewise, the hops and the carmelized malts blend scrumpciously, and this is a good beer!

This beer isn’t rated high enough in my opinion. I tend to be a bit higher on a lot of beers, but this one isn’t as bad as some folks are making it out to be. Pours a nice amber with a thin beige head. Aroma is caramel and lightly roasted malt. There is a bit of hoppiness to this one which is nice in a Marzen. A bit less sweet than most German Oktoberfests, which is different, but a nice change.

Bottle. Nice dark amber colour. Head is little begie. Aroma is from nuts, grains, caramel and some sweets. Flavor is also nutty and malty. Smoth palate and quite dry. Medium bitter. Not so much like an Oktoberfest moore like an ale.

Bottle, 355ml - Amber clear beer with a disappearing light brown head. Aroma is malty and slightly oktoberfest like, with hints of berries and hops. Flavor is again malty and slightly sour, almost vinous. Not very oktoberfest like in this aspect though. Feels like an attempt to combine oktoberfest and american style beer.

12 oz bottle, shortly followed up by a 110oz tower draft at a neighborhood bar. Full flavored oktfst brew, easy drinking and respectable alcohol content. Rather bready, some molasses and basic malt undertones. Above average.

Sweet malt aromas and some sweet fruit esters and some wet cardboard? The appearance is a dark colored amber body w/ a quick dieing wispy white head, that hades into a tiny collar. The flavor is very dark roasted malt bodies, with some molasses like flavor, no real hop prescence. Nice moderate effervescence, very smooth. Nice session.
