Mar 29, 2008 12 ounce bottle- GACK! The nicest thing I can say about this crap is that it made a cheerful sound swirling down the drain. I am fairly sure that it is not exactly poisonous, but DAMN! Don’t just skip it, try not to get any on you.

Mar 28, 2008 bottle. average white fizzy head (quickly dissapated) into clear golden body. good lacing present. aromas of grass, light hops, light lemon, some light metallicness. flavor is moderately bitter throughout. moderate duration on finish. above average carbonation. dry texture. A very good pilsner.

Mar 14, 2008 Appearance: Pours a, effervescent, lightly hazy, yellow-orange body with a small, white head.
Smell: Pale malt aroma with full floral notes and a nice spiciness present. Malts become more prominent as the beer warms, but a tiny hint of diacetyl seems to show up, too.
Taste: Pale malts with a crackery flavor. Floral hops with a spicy bitterness that lingers beyond the finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium-high carbonation.
Drinkability: A solid, refreshing pilsner that I wouldn’t mind having on-hand during the warmer months.

Mar 10, 2008 On tap at Acme. Beer pours golden with a pretty nice white head. Nose is grassy hops with a bit of butter. Flavor is mildly grassy as well, but the diacetyl (buttery) presence is a bit overwhelming at times and definitely detracts from my enjoyment.

Mar 8, 2008 Gold, light yellow head w. nice lacing. Nose is plenty of noble hop goodness, somewhat spicy. Malt is haylike but borders on caramel. A bit of honey if I inhale long enough. Flavor is caramel/hay malt, tingly noble hops - lightly spicy and minty. A bit of lemon makes it’s presence known in the finish.

Mar 4, 2008 This pilsner has a nice head around the top. The beer is a nice gold color, with a slight hint of orange. Beer looks pretty goood. I didn’t was out my glass from the last beer, but I don’t think it had that much of an affect. This pils is very thin, but has a nice hop taste. Slight hop aroma, but nothing special. I am not impressed with the aroma, it is too weak. The aroma has the presence of hops, but for a pils this is key. The beer tastes decent. A nice hop taste. The hops are everywhere in this beer. The malts are lacking. Overall, this beer looks good, and has a nice hop taste. Nothing special, but good.

Feb 13, 2008 Poured from the bottle a slightly cloudy golden color. Poofy head, great coating on the glass. Taste is smooth and crisp... finish is clean with a nice and balanced hop bitterness. Not overwhelming but pleasant. Bitterness is enhanced with food. A nice drinkable beer.

Feb 2, 2008 Gold color quickly dissapating head. Aroma has floral and fruity hops with grain and sweet malt. Grain and malt more prominent upon taste. Ear wax at the finish. Thin.
