| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jun 17, 2007 Pours a dull gold with a beautiful fluffy head with big bubbles and some lace. Amazing aroma - white wine, ginger. Taste is somewhat similar to the aroma, except honey-sweet malt and hops make an appearance. Nice bittering and a decent lingering aftertaste. Slightly peppery. Thin body with slightly lower than ideal carbonation. Overall, this is a pleasant surprise for a pilsner. Defiinitely more hops and more character in general than I was expecting from this style. Not bad! cheapdark (2050), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA
| 1.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 1/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Jun 13, 2007 Another one from Brooky. Lemony or citrus aroma that is clean and fresh. Perhaps a little corny or sweet too. Looks like any other pale yellow american lager. A little more personality than I care for in a beer. Has a meddium bitterness building on the back of the palate. Medium low carbonation. Yes, has that slightly oppressive pilsner personality. IMHO not as good as Bavik Premium Pils but on par with the likes of Lancaster Gold Star Pilsner as far as enjoyability goes. Finish is quite persistant with a cleaner than imp stout or pale ale medicinal medium bitterness on the back of the throat. Over all, not bad but probably will not purchase again. larsniclas (3391), Gothenburg, Sweden

Goledn with a small and rocky head.
Flowery and hoppy aroma.
Rather sweet and malty with some faint toffee-notes. Very bitter. bubbleflubber (903), Collinsville, Virginia, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 7, 2007 Pours pale yellow, translucent with a fake, nitrous-induced head. Although the look isn’t particularly interesting, the rest of the brew isn’t "that bad". The nose has some indistinct sweetness, while the flavor is slightly citrusy and nicely hopped, upfront and in the back palate. Peppery coating for the tongue lathers a decently long finish. Clumsy mouthfeel. Overall, it is a bit unilateral and "macro" in feel, but I see that they at least made the effort. C- for effort. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 5, 2007 This is a good hoppy pilsener. Pour was a light gold with a ring head. Aroma of corn and hops. Taste was light and refreshing. Dry and crisp with a strong hoppy taste (more hoppy than any pilsener I’ve tasted). Nice lawnmower beer. jason (1627), Easton, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 1, 2007 Bottle. Pours a hazy golden body with nice head. Aroma is grainy, light malt, crisp hops. Flavor is slightly bitter, a tad watery. Light spices near the end. Not bad for these hot days. jcr (1190), Jasper, Indiana, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 25, 2007 Golden body with small white head. Aroma of grass, lemon, bread. Lightly sweet, sour-apple bitter flavor. Moderate finish. Combination of flavors leaves a slightly plastic, metallic taste. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet. Medium body with a watery texture. Dry finish. A nice example of the style.
