Shady straw yellow color, lasting white creamy head. Sweet malty taste, rather full taste though. Medium mouthfeel and co2. Low to medium bitterness. Nice malty aftertaste, to the sweet side. Somewhat cloudy, interesting for a pils. Aroma of the usual, hops, flowers, wet forrest. Well, the taste is somewhat unique for a pils, IMO.Taste of crip hops, a tad bitter at the end. Almost a slight taste of pepper. Interesting pilsner, considering Im not a huge fan of it. These Brookly Brewery beers are impressive, this one is however, just a bit above ordinary. Not too terribly extrodinary. hophead75 (1964), Boonton, New Jersey, USA

It seems to be rather happy and doesn’t really go down as smoothly as I would prefer a pilsner to go fown. It is definately a well made beer, but not one that piques my interest. probstk (1064), Nepean, Ontario, Canada
