| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Sep 5, 2005 Beautiful golden yellow with half inch head that stayed through most of the glass. Very citrusy and grassy -- the website says the traditional pils hop combination, but I would almost swear Cascade or Liberty hops were used in some capacity. ANyhow, the brew had a wonderful smoothness and well balanced character. I could certainly session with this brew. Too bad I only get to have it when I fly in to the NY area. Good job Garrett.
