Draught, Redlight Redlight
Golden-amber colour. Candy cherry - lime aroma with lots of syrupy malts. Slightly berryish and very sweet. Just thin enough to move all those sugars across the palate. I wasn’t terribly convinced but it was okay.

On draft at Rattle and Hum. Pours a semi clear coppery orange with a medium light beige head. Aroma of faint hops, light tangy citrus and honey. Taste is much the same.

On tap at the Brass Tap (Tampa, FL). Pours a hazy amber color with a one finger white head that settles slowly and laces the glass. Aroma is sweet and somewhat spicy with notes of bread, yeast, ripe dark fruit especially cherries with some hints of honey and caramel. Flavor is sweet and floral with notes of bread, grass, yeast, ripe cherries and ripe fresh fruit with some honey and caramel overtones. Generally light to medium body with a clean finish.

Enjoyed on tap at Bar Great Harry. Pour was brown/ruby. Nice lace work. A little darker than I was expecting from a Biere De Garde. Grains, alcohol, and light yeast

@ Tylers Apex location, Good aroma, sweet, bready, honey, grassy. Orangy bronze color, good head and lace. Sweet flavor. honey whole wheat, some yeasty type spice. Medium body, kind of smooth creamy mouthfeel, bitter dry finish, Nice brew, for 8% it went down fast.

Hazy golden with dense white head. Alcohol is up front on the nose and taste. Once past that a yeasty, grassy, dry belgian farmhouse ale profile. I think less alcohol would bring this brew closer to style. Carbonation not so prickly on the tongue as the dense head would suggest. On tap at Dive 96.

Draught at TND: Sweet aroma of apples, grains, white grapes, yeast, sugar, and light bubblegum. Poureed amber in color with a medium-sized white head that diminished but lasted throughout. Complex flavor was slightly bitter and medium sweet. Tastes of apples, grains, slight alcohol, caramel, toasting, hops, biscuit, sourdough, and honey. Medium body. Oinly, then dry texture. Average carbonation. Biscuit, fruit, and caramel finish is dry.
