On Tap at Rustico in Alexandria VA. I was happy to see a new Brooklyn on tap. Poured orange with a bright white ring. Nose is sweet and light, slightly malty with lingering spice. Taste is sweet floral some spice, very smooth and overall quite tasty.

Draft @ redlight redlight. A tan foamy head tops a deep amber body, a little lacing is left on the glass. Spicy yeast, caramel, some orange peel, candi sugar on the nose. Caramel, spiciness, and candi sugar in the flavor. The nose is much bigger than the flavor, which is very subdued. A little drying and alcohol in the finish. Med carb.

Draft at Redlight Redlight. A lightly hazy, golden-orange body is crowned with a thin, foamy, white head. Minimal traces of spotty lacing mark the glass. The aroma is dry at first, notes of cereal grains and light caramel showing mostly. After time, the nose really opens up and turns floral and fruity, even hinting at bubblegum. Flavors again show dry cereal grains and caramel, with a light dose of floral hops and bready, peppery yeast. Medium bodied and balanced on the tongue, the finish is lightly syrupy. This is a nice, easy going, drinkable brew, but its not anything special.

Draft at Redlight Redlight. Pours a reddish brown with a thick off white head. Sweet malt, grain, and slightly fruity aroma. Smooth, dry, spicy and slightly fruity taste. Nicely balanced and easy to drink with a slightly sweet aftertaste, delicious.

draft at redlight redlight. Sweet malts, cotton candy, with hints of spice in the nose. Pours a reddish amber with gold outsides with a thin white head. Very malty, bready, cereal, warming, a good bit of spice from the yeast. Excellent biere de garde. Very drinkable and refreshing.

On tap at the Beechtree. Pours a transparent orange amber color with a small white head. Smells sweet with malt and yeast. More malt in the mouth with a medium body. Ends with a bit of banana on the finish.
