Golden-amber colour. Candy cherry - lime aroma with lots of syrupy malts. Slightly berryish and very sweet. Just thin enough to move all those sugars across the palate. I wasn’t terribly convinced but it was okay.

Mar 22, 2009 (draft) Medium off-white head atop lightly hazed light amber body. Aroma is moderately sweet, melon, some candi sugar. Taste is moderately sweet, candi sugar, some spice, light alcohol astringency. Low carbonation, sticky medium-full body.

Dec 26, 2008 Draft… Lightly hazed, light amber ale with a small, creamy, white head. Decent retention. The nose presents sweet, grainy notes of orange blossom honey and pale malts. Medium-bodied and lightly creamy with restrained carbonation. The flavor is mainly sweet honey, but also yields mild bitterness for a semblance of balance. Finishes more sweet than bitter and then dries out a touch.

Dec 31, 2008 Tap at Barcade. Pale amber beer. Aroma is lightly fruity. There’s a bit of orange and light fruit. A little bit cidery though. Some apple and brown sugar. A strange brew, really. Tastes an awful lot like a malt liquor meets Belgian ale.

Mar 13, 2009 Draft at Dilly Deli in snifter.
Poured a hazy copper color with an average white frothy head that lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate yeasty and sweet malty aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium yeasty sweet flavor with a smooth citrus sweet finish of average duration.
Soft drinkable brew.

Jan 8, 2009 Draft at Clover Leaf Tavern. Pours a slight hazy brigth light coppery gold with a nice fluffy white head and good lace. Aroma has a moderate Diacetyl mixed with fresh bready malts, and light caramel- hints of leather and earth. Good slightly toasty and light caramel malts, slight slcik and buttery diacetyl, ok fruitiness, and some cracker, toast in the end- with more drying earth- but still has some body on the finish- not too dry. Ok.
