Aroma is sour tart dry apple skins, some spice comes through also. Taste is similar good dry tartness in the finish, this vertion was 6.5%.

Bottle picked up from mum at Worcester Beer Festival Aug 06. Pours a pale golden in fact more pale yellow than golden. The nose is very rummy owing to the barrels that it is aged in, and yet this didn’t overun the taste which was still fresh and relatively crisp and with the apples still shining through. Really enjoyed this cider.
