Pale gold. Aroma initially suggested stewed pears with some degree of authenticity, however the usual pear drop artificiality developed. Sweet fruity taste with excessive carbonation. Is there a little late dryness to redeem it? No, not really.

Gold and bubbly. Washing-up liquid and sherbert aroma. Taste is sweet pear fruit. Very refreshing and fruity.

Very pale gold in colour with a good stream of bubbles. Pleasant tart fruity flavours thankfully not as sweet as expected nice and refreshing. Better than some other pear ciders I’ve tried. I preferred this to the Festival strength version. Bought at Spar.

Bottled from mossisons. Aroma is very very sweet pear drop. Taste is also super sweet, artifical pear and too sweet and too carbonated.

bottled, at o’neill’s, glasgow. golden, no head, probably had more apple than pear character, quite sweet with no real tartness or guts
