Commercial Description:
Bottle; Pasteurised.
This exceptional ale is brewed to the exacting standards required by the Soil Association Certification Ltd. of the United Kingdom. The malt is prepared from Organically grown Scottish barley. The hops are grown in New Zealand where the absence of pests means high quality hops can be grown organically. The pure water comes from the rolling Scottish Border hills. The end result is a light golden coloured beer full of flavour and aroma. A refreshing clean tasting beer with an excellent hop aroma and aftertaste.

Bottled. Light and evanescent foam, nearly absent. Elegant yellow color, intense, lightly hazy and with optimal fizz. Fresh and aged scent; notes of malts, cereals and resin. Slightly prickly taste, much balanced and with determined and extended bitter. Optimal fresh wood and hoppy notes on the end.
Thanks to mabjork for this beer.

(Bottle BBE 04/07) Hoppy and slightly caramel aroma. Golden colour, slightly sparkling, relatively large, white, almost fully diminishing head with fair lacing. Slightly bitter, fruity and toffee-like flavour. Softly carbonated, medium bodied and slightly alcoholic palate. 12/06/06

Bottle. Gusher?! Nice, candyish, flowery hop aroma. Almost clear golden colour without much head. Quite nice hop flavour, a lot like the aroma, and sweet. Nice bitterness. High carbonation. This would make a cracking cask ale.

Amber color. The aroma is malty and with some honey. The flavor is quite ordinary, some sweetness, some bread. Ordinary Ale.

Good, but a little flavorless, ORganic beers, I have tried two so far, I guess, but they are like vegetarian food for those like me who like meat.
