Commercial Description:
Bottle; Pasteurised.
This exceptional ale is brewed to the exacting standards required by the Soil Association Certification Ltd. of the United Kingdom. The malt is prepared from Organically grown Scottish barley. The hops are grown in New Zealand where the absence of pests means high quality hops can be grown organically. The pure water comes from the rolling Scottish Border hills. The end result is a light golden coloured beer full of flavour and aroma. A refreshing clean tasting beer with an excellent hop aroma and aftertaste.

Gee man iv been having some good beers tonite, however this does rate with them. Taste is cocconut with a sort of hoppy nothingness, sweetish finish, alcohol hidden.

Nice orange color with a small head on top. Medium apricot nose, also cobweb and cardboard. Pepper and medium grape taste with malty intervalls. Slightly stale hops taste and finish - but all in all decent and enjoyable.

Largish, coarsely laced head over golden body. Sweet, dense aroma of apples and some hops. Powerful taste of apples, some smokiness, malty sweetness, and a bitter hop finish, with some metal notes. Overall a good ale, but nothing remarkable, and the metal detracts from it a bit. (0.5l bottle.)

Dusty nose, sweet grain and some apricot. Deep hazy gold and a tall frothy head. Sweet doughy malt with some citrus. Papery end with a grittiness. Medium-full body. Warming alcholo touch at end. OK, but stale and musty character.

Bottled. Golden colour with big foamy white head, lacing. Hoppy nose with metallic and hayish hints. Soft hoppy flavour, which grows a bit in finish. Quite boring and feels a bit empty with only hoppyness.

Nose of floral hops and perhaps some fruits. Clear, golden coloured with a lasting white head. Taste is sweet, moderate bitter. Floral hoppy, some caramel. Finish is mainly hoppy. Okay brew.

Different label than in RB photo. Golden color, big foamy white head, lace. Metallic hoppy nose. Nice straightforward hoppyness but lacks on malt side - empty as sayaravai said.. Some sweetness in the finish. Bitter aftertaste.

(Bottled) Deep golden color with a smallish head and a hint of lace. Slightly acidic, initially freshly bitter-hoppy aroma with toffee hints. The aroma disappears very quickly after pouring, leaving a mild acidity and hints of hops. Nicely, smoothly but freshly aromatic-hoppy, caramely flavor with just enough balancing maltiness. Not very complex, though, and alcohol is somewhat evident. Almost medium-bodied, slicky and acidic palate with quite low carbonation. A decently hoppy brew, but feels a bit empty as a whole. Any organic product is still always good news.
