Commercial Description:
Bottle; Pasteurised.
Ingredients: Water; Malted Barley; Hops.
A blend of two beers: A strong ale, warming and malty, combined with a Porter style ale with rich roasted malt characters on a background of good hop flavour and aroma. The two beers are brewed and fermented separately then blended together in a warm conditioning vessel to allow the two ales to mature.

Bottled@Poirotti’s Skotoberfest 2007. Dark ruby red colour with a bubbly head, that vanishes quickly. Aroma is caramel malts, flowery hops, with some oaky hints as well as slight smoke and dark chocolate. Flavour is quite much the same along with some slight milder spices in it. Refreshing and quite nice.
