Used copper, off-white head that lingers nicely. Plums, leaves and chocolate aroma. Soft caramel flavor, marmalade and roast, pithy hop bitterness. Clear, shinny ruby color with a small, compact beige head. Deep, dark crystal malts flavor with some very slight dried fruits notes. Medium palate, rounded. Neutral aroma, some plummy notes.
