A weedier Old Jock. Teak-coloured with a moderate rocky head. Big nose, heavy on malt and molasses. Disappointingly light in the body after that promising nose. Flavoursome - raisins, leather and a hint of spice - but lacking in body and finish. (Bottle)

Bottle. Sweet malty and very light Scottich ale. Some raisin , butterscitch, toffee, with a light peat character, some berry fruit. A very light and sweet mouthfeel.

Bottled. Clean, deep amber colour with a well serviced beige crusty head. Soft pale malt aroma with low hoppiness. Thin washed out malt flavour

Clear dark amber with a small head. Aromas are sweet biscuit and toffee malts. Flavours are sweet toffeeand caramel. A malty treat without being too cloying. No great finish but still nice.

An amber beer witha fine but collapsing beige head. The aroma is light, but with notes of caramel. The flavor is slightly burnt with notes of caramel and the body is thin. I was disappointed in this one.

Nice brown colour with reddish shine. Some fruity notes in the aroma. Quite weak flavour, though. Spme sweetness and a bit of malt.
