From a hop embossed 1pt. 9oz. narrow neck brown bottle with a blurb on the left side of label and a stamped best before date on the neck, Apr/07. Made a good appearance, poured a clear golden copper with a foamy white head that settled into a thin lacing with a minimal amount of sticking, moderate carbonation. Had a sweet lemon and apples nose with a little grainy maltiness. A crisp, smooth light bodied mouth feel, good drinkability. Sweet apple and caramelize malty taste, grainy as well, a nice crispiness from the malts, a smooth and rolling hop bitterness shows up in the middle and a fruity, grainy finish. A really nice bitter, tasty, balanced and quite quaffable.

Color; golden. Pours a thick yet short lived froth w/ ample residual effers. Nose; pleasant aromas of mushrooms and olives, quite unique. Palate; medium nectar, flavors are light and slightly creamy consisting of malted bread with a slight bitterness. Finishes short with a faint malty tropshire.
