16.9 oz bottle 4/17/09 (Binny’s-Naperville)-Pours a slightly hazy orangish brown with a small loose off white head. Aroma of malt, fruit, and hops. Taste is of sweetness, malt, hops, and citrus. This light to medium bodied beer is not too bad and quite drinkable. I was expecting worse.

Pours amber gold into an English pint. Bright white head leaves sheet lacing as it recedes to coat surface. Sweet pond aromas. Thin and astringent with tangy caramel and a metallic turning bitter caramel finish.

The color of dark honey with a small white head. Nose is fruit and caramel. Fruit flavor, malt, hop bitterness, cider. Hops come to the forefront as the beer warms. This is a pleasant and easy to drink beer. Flavors could be more pronounced but this has some unique aspects.
