Oct 14, 2009 On tap at the brewpub, muddy amber hue, with a small white head, yeasty, spicy, fruity nose, with some kinds of smoked ham omelette, boiling maple sap, and smoked bacon accents all of that when the beer gets warmer, with a welcoming sugar shack aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, sweet toasted malt, mild maple syrup character, with a spicy nutmeg note, a light flowery hop leafy accent, with some joyful sugar shack food comfort flavours of smoky ham omelette and boiled maple syrup, leading towards a warming malty, sweet maple syrup finish.

Apparence: La couleur est ambrée-brunâtre opaque. Saveur: Goût d’agrumes avec une pointe d’érable et d’épices. Durée moyenne de l’arrière goût.
