Cask at Montreal. Appearance: Cloudy peach/orange with a small white head. Aroma: Peaches, grapefruit, a lot of yeast and some orange. Flavour: Quite yeasty/bready with some nice floralness to it. Very enjoyable.

Cask at Brouhaha, Montréal, QC. Pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma and flavour of citrus hops, some floral notes, lots of grapefruit & oranges and it’s quite yeasty as well. A refreshing and easy to drink cask ale. Great stuff!

In short: A yeasty Belgian blonde ale with a refreshing orange and floral character. Highly drinkable.
How: Cask at brewpub
The look: Cloudy orange blonde body topped by a large white head
In long: A pleasant nose of orange cake lying on a flowers bed. Very nice cushiony monthfeel. The cask conditioning was very appropriate for this session brew. Taste is just like the nose. Orange and citrus, cake-like maltiness, refreshing floral notes, yeasty, a little floury sensation. Not an intense beer, this is a soft beer that is very refreshing and with a nourishing doughy body. A session Belgian ale with an North American pale ale attitude. An easy to drink brew, the type of beer that I will certainly drink in large quantities with friends. If I ever make any.

another yeasty beer from this brewery. Seems like all their beers have a distinct yeasty aroma. Lots of ripe fruit in the aroma, along with some decent crisp hops, a nice ale.

At Festival Bières et Saveurs Sept. 2005. Golden orange ale with a white head. Flowers, honey an yeast in aroma, delightful. An interesting blend of orange peels, honey and incense. Aromatic. Very good. Medium bodied and well balanced.
