On draught at Het Brouwcafe. A little hazy red/brown colored beer, with a light beige head. The aroma of caramel sweets, with some spices. The taste of caramel sweet, fruits like cherries a little bitter. The aftertaste is bittersweet.

Draft glass
Consumed at Het Brouwcafe, Scheveningen, May 2006

Sampled at the 10th Anniversary party at the brewery. Brown colored body, clear. Sweet, spicy nose of cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet maple and nuts. Similar to a brown ale actually, mellow, like it was unhopped.

On tap at Het Brouwcafe. Aroma has a fruity sourness with some dark malts. Brown color, beautiful thick creamy head leaving very good looking lace. Light sweet, light bitter, light sour fruitiness and dried dark fruits, several spices but not dominant, hint of vanilla, very creamy mouthfeel.
