Metallic-brilliant golden beer with a green sheen, lively carbonationfeeding a good, dense white head. Abundant dry herbal and (root)spicy hops dominate the nose. Liquorice, drop without much sweetness in the taste, in a way that makes it remarkable that no actual liquorice has been added. Bitterness mainly retronasal, almost detached from the main taste. Warming seriously up, a muscatgrape-like perfumed flavour creeps in, but actually in a way taht balances it better. Nearly fizzy MF, rather light bodied. I cannot deny it some originality, but it happens to be not exactly my favourite flavour - with a little exception for the grapeflavour at the end.

Bottle at ’t Rusteel. Pale, hazy golden with a healthy head. Flowery and spicy hop aroma. Good hoppy flavours, some malty perfumey sweetness, noticeable alcohol. A very decent tripel, maybe a bit on the sweet side.

Hazy blond body (like a white beer). White, fizzy/creamy head. Aroma of citrus, lemon and hops. Moderately bitter, nice flavour. Quite dry mouthfeel. They claim this is a tripel and it is, but it is not a sweet tripel at all. Nice and easy going, not very special.

From bottle 75 cl. Clear yellow color, with big white head. Aroma fruits, malts, hops, and alc. touch. Medium body. Taste hops, some spice, good bitterness, bit yeast, alocholic. Good.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour with mediumsized white head, which lasts for quite a while. Aroma is hops, malts, fruits and some spices. Flavour is wheat, spices and some hops along with sweet malts. Quite acidic notes are lurking behind too, but not too disturbingly.

(Bottled, 0.75l) Very hazy yellow-golden with a smallish, lacy head. Witbier-spicy, very fruity, wheaty-malty aroma with some acidity. Orange-lemony-fruity, acidic flavor with some ashiness. Medium-bodied, somewhat foamy-carbonated palate. Another decent brew, but somewhat too acidic.
