Feb 12, 2008 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour (opaque yellow), with a big sparkling bubblyish/foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, mildly spiced and some mild notes of alcohol. Flavour is spicy, sour fruity and also some bitterness. Alcohol is showing a bit in the background, but gets stronger the warmer the beer gets.

Jun 14, 2008 Gushing to huge, yellowish whipped-eggwhite head, slightly irregular, over fully hazy orange beer, UFO-laden. White candi sugar (..), alcohol, faintly citric & spicy yeastesters. Sharp vegetable-spicy-yeasty taste. Sample tastes quite young actually, which is strange seen the bottling date has had 1 yr. already. Still, balance is OK, some restsugars, especially warming up; slightly smoked flavour. Sharp, burning MF; titillating & well-carbonated; medium bodied at best. Not half bad, but once the sharp taste & MF settled in, not really distinctive.
