On tap at the Bugsy Sports Bar & Grill in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, pours a clear coppery amber brew with a think off-white head that dissolves to a fine film and creamy ring. Aroma of roasted malt, apples with brown sugar, and a touch of flowery hops. Taste has a funky, sweet caramel corn with roasted malt and light hop bitterness. Medium bodied and lightly carbonated. Finish is sweet, smooth and a slight caramel aftertaste. A little sweet for a Premium Bitter but very drinkable.
