Draft at brewpub. Poured a hazy copper color with an average fizzy white head that diminished slowly with fair lacing. Moderate complex spice, bubblegum and honey aroma. Medium to full body with a sticky texture and fizzy carbonation. Medium sweet flavor with a bitter finish of moderate duration. This is a standout brew.

Pours light golden with a fully receding white head. Aroma of saffron, honey, and fruity esters (bubble gum). Taste is sweet, yeasty, and spicy with notes of cantaloupe and bubble gum. Mouthfeel is full bodied with lush carbonation. Quite good!

Draft - deep gold with a ring of white foam. Oddly spicy and very sweet aroma. no noticeable hops. Almost a perfumy flavor. They said it has saffron but I’ve never knowingly had saffron, but I do know it is very expensive. It was okay, but I’m glad it was just a sampler size.

On tap @ the Brewery: Pours a golden color with an average white head that leaves nice lacing. Has a sweet saffron aroma and a vanilla after taste that leaves a mild dry bitter finish. A very tasty seasonal brew!

draught. Cloudy orange pour with no head. Very sweet bananas dominate the aroma with a bit of cream and light corriander scents in the background. The flavor is again primarily that of very sweet bananas accompanied by weak papery hops and some cloves and sugar in the finish. Not bad, really.
