Draft at brewpub. Poured a brown color with a moderate off-white head that lasted and produced good lacing. Moderate fruity malt aroma. Medium body with a sticky texture. Good balanced flavor with a sweet finish of average duration. Good drinkable brew.

Draft at the 2005 Knoxville Brewer’s Jam. A nice brown color in the glass with a small tan head. Smells of raisins and fruits, with very light malts noted. The flavor was a reasonable hop and malt mix but need just a little more. Smooth light to medium body.

Draft - coudy and about the color of a brown ale. Sweet and malty. I’d like more umph, though.
