Coloração marrom turva. É um marrom médio, muito bonito, meio âmbar. Creme bege e bom. Aroma e paladar de café, nozes, caramelo e malte torrado, porém tudo muito suave. O álcool é imperceptível. A carbonatação é média. Bom retrogosto. Deixa um final levemente amargo. goozen (1061), Leiden, Netherlands

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Mar 8, 2007 33cl bottle - pours hazy amber, slight dark, with a rocky white head floating on top. Aroma is hoppy, yeasty, somewhat sour, reminscent of Flemish sour ale. Some other fruity/citrusy esters in the nose as well. Flavour brings caramel, honey, hops (bringing some interesting bitterness), in addition to that sour character that is found in the aroma. Bready character, typical of the style, makes up the background. Not bad, not remarkable either, just a decent Belgian ale. Sort of thin mouthfeel/body. BeerBlitz (49), Roslyn, Pennsylvania, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 9/20 | Mar 7, 2007 11.2 fl. oz. bottle, approximately 1.5 years old when opened. Unlike most popular Belgian ales. Color is slightly hazy light brown. Very minimal, white head. Yeasty aroma. Almost no flavor is present except mild sourness. Light body matched with watery texture.
