The aroma is sweet honey and a touch of yeast
Pours a light orange amber with a nice white head and a lot of glass lacing
THe taste is a little sweet and spicy
I like it i could drink a lot of these

Nov 1, 2008 Bottle. Poured a clear, sparkling golden color with a large white head. Aroma of yeast and sourness. Possibly infected this beer had a tartness that wasn’t in itself bad, but detracted from an already bland flavor. Very mediocre.

Nov 1, 2008 Part of Belgian gift pack. Orange body, small white head. Aroma: Malt, peppery, some slight yeast. Flavour: Mild, slight pepper, a little yeast. Quite bland. Nothing incredible but I’m happy I had it.

Oct 27, 2008 Came as part of a variety pack. Light flavor, like a mass production beer with just a bit of flavor added. Pleasant aroma. Little aftertaste. Easy to drink.

Oct 27, 2008 Faint, spicy aroma with some earthiness thrown in. Clear copper body topped by a thin filmy head and moderate lacing around the glass. On the light side, sweet and peppery. Finishes thin w/ a sliver of lasting bitterness. Sweet, biscuity malt with mild, musty yeast flavors. Pepper and faded hop flavors. Nice brew that could be sessionable due to it’s mild pleasantness.

Oct 23, 2008 Poured into a snifter a light amber like color. It poured a small head. The aroma was very attractive and smooth. There were some floral notes, with a nice hop spicing and some carmel. It was sweet on taste but was a bit light for my liking in an amber. A good beer but not great.

Oct 11, 2008 Poured from the bottle into a trappist glass. A pleasant aroma complete with floral and citrus hops, some caramel malt and a herbal effect too. Clear amber color with a very small, foamy white head with cling on the edges but short retention. A light sweet taste, with some floral effects, and a more sour finish. A wetter, slightly watery feel on the palate, with modest carbonation and somewhat lacking in smoothness. Certainly a solid beer, but nothing spectacular.
