Nov 25, 2004 Pours cloudy amber with a good tan fluffy head. Sweet malty yeast aroma with a sour hint. Alot of flavors going on sour/tart/pear/ light malt. Finishes a little dry and sour. Overall was hurt by the sour finish. I like it but will try again maybe in the summer.

Jun 22, 2008 33cl bottle from ABC Liquors (North Dale Mabry, Tampa, FL). Rated on 5/6/08. Pours a clear golden with a one-finger white head. Aroma is banana, spice, apple, pear, and slight hints of phenol. Flavor is not strong but notes of malt, sweet fruit and bread come through. Generally watery mouthfeel with a some hints of apple on finish.

Nov 10, 2006 Bottle shared with ozujsko at the Hopdevil in Zagreb
It looks nice a nice dark orange shade, with a medium sized head that went away fast. The nose was all buttery caramel, slightly milky. The taste is all that, only with some faint metallic and lemony hints and a faint whisper of hops. Remarkably unimpressive.

Jun 15, 2008 Apple cider with a white soapy slowly diminishing head. Aroma of grassy hops, earthy hops and light sweet malt. Taste of mild earthy hops, corn, yeast and sweet malts with a mild apple aftertaste. Thin and astringent, barely drinkable and definitely forgettable.

Jul 21, 2005 Bottle. Amber coloured with a slim white head. Sweet malty and caramel aroma. Quite a thin mouthfeel, with a malty, sugary, caramel taste and a light sour finish. Nothing special.
