Maybe a touch of sour milk. Sharp carbonation on the tongue with a yeasty palate. PaulHegedus (467), Georgetown, Ontario, Canada

I smell bread and butter, yeast, grass and a bit of caramel. The flavour is full of lemon with some herbal parts to it. booyaatribe (453), Chicago, Illinois, USA

I tried this beer on May 21, 2009 at "Smokeless Joe’s" in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The beer poured a translucent red colour with a ton of effervescence and a thin tan coloured head. The aroma was sweet malt, grain, and hops. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied, and highly carbonated. The flavour was sweet malt with a bit of sourness and a bitter finish. davidpl (435), Santiago, Chile
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 22, 2007 Appearance: Color reddish amber. Medium head, color ivory and creamy. Aroma: Candied sweet, notes of dried fruits, reminicencias of peach, banana and oranges.
Flavor: sweet initially - slight bitterness in the finish. Touches of dried fruits as almonds. To toasted cereals and with acidity-fruty. Finish some metallic.
Palate: low-medium body, slightly watery. Medium to high of carbonation.
Advisable.

Nose is reminiscent of Unibroue beers. Same yeasty profile as the brewery from canada. However a better malt presence and with less yeasty dominance. Slightly dry. I could drink this in volumes.
